(муниципальная) доходная облигация, (муниципальная) облигация под будущие доходы* (муниципальная облигация, доход по которой и основная сумма долга по которой выплачиваются из доходов инвестиционного проекта, для финансирования которого она была выпущена, напр., из доходов от стадиона, моста, больницы и иного объекта, строительство которого финансировалось за счет таких облигаций; в отличие от облигаций с общей гарантией, может иметь более длительный срок погашения около 20-30 лет и более высокий процент)
